Sillohuette Photo Shoot (Seema)

Products used

1.       Dolls head

2.       Pins

3.       Tongs

4.       Pin comb

5.       Paddle brush

6.       Hairspray

7.       2x padding props

 

Steps

·         Plug tongs in to heat up

·         Brush hair getting rid of any tangles

·         Randomly tong parts of hair- I wasn’t fussed about doing the whole head as I back combed the whole head anyway

·         Sectioned hair in to 3 parts- front part was to be pinned around prop, middle part was backcombed and messy to relate to decay, and 3^rd part at back of head to be pinned around second prop

·         Once all sections are pinned/backcombed and in place, manipulate hair and style to how you want it using a pin comb

·         Once happy use a small amount of hairspray to hold in place

·         Photo shoot- I added some lace material to add texture and shape to my silhouette

·         Once I had taken the first photo I realised I needed to amend the bottom section, the prop wasn’t the right shape, I added pins to hold hair tighter, I then took another photo and it was exactly how I wanted it to look
